Essen is a major hypermarket chain in the Republic of Tatarstan, comprised of 24 stores, which are located across the entire region. Solvo.WMS was recommended by the audit company “Fort Dialogue,” as an optimal solution – one that would be a perfect fit for Essen’s business processes. The facility for automation was a new warehouse with an area of 10,000 m2, which maintains an inventory balance of 1,000 - 1,500 SKUs. The warehouse is divided into zones for storing food and nonfood products, and is equipped with a racking system, refrigerators as well as 10 docks for receiving and shipping.
