Lebediansky is a Russian branch of PepsiCo that produces juices. Solvo.WMS has been used by Lebediansky as a corporate standard since 2006.
Solvo.WMS was implemented at a 14-thousand-pallet warehouse situated in the town of Lebedian, Russia. It is a modern facility with up-to-date equipment including a SSI Schaefer automated high bay warehouse of 50 thousand pallets also managed by Solvo.WMS. Introduced technologies feature address-based storage, expiration date management, FEFO-based shipping, finished goods recieving control, external shipping control, etc.
Solvo.WMS was also configured to exchange data on finished products with OeBS ERP by Oracle. In addition, the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system dedicated to managing sales operations sends requests to Solvo.WMS to ship out finished products from the warehouse to customers. Solvo.WMS is integrated with Elettric 80 packaging and wrapping equipment control system to ensure automated recieving from production.
