The terminal is located in the Neva Bay, on the Eastern part of the Gulf of Finland in the Baltic Sea within the limits of the city of Saint-Petersburg, Russia. The Port is open to vessels all year round. Loading/unloading operations are performed 24 hours a day. Under winter ice conditions, vessels are piloted by icebreakers.
