Thor CV31

SOLVO is proud to offer a new heavy-duty vehicle mounted computer: Thor™ CV31 from Honeywell, running on Windows 7 OS. Thor CV31 is a state-of-the-art innovation inside a compact case, which improves road visibility for the driver. The CV31 displays and provides easy access to vital information needed to carry out operations without disruption.

Thor CV 31 is already being successfully used across warehouses and container terminals.

Optimized for vehicle cabins, the CV31 is equipped with a backup battery capable of supporting operations for 30 min. The CV31 can be equipped with a direct current converter, which eliminates the need to acquire external converters or chargers. This DC-DC converter prevents work stoppages when needing to log back into the system after changing the battery while ensuring greater productivity. Now, at the end of the shift, the worker does not need to wait until the previous session is logged out and the unit is powered off while keeping the engine running in standby wasting fuel – an additional ignition control cable makes it possible to automate this process by simply turning the key.

The CV31 is a multifunctional device, which supports complex applications, voice-control technology as well as visual display and scanning functions. The computer is ready to work based on management system processes and Vocollect instruction, freeing the operator’s hands and eyes helping him focus on driving the vehicle.

An additional sensor screen heater option allows the device to operator in cold-storage facilities as well as in reachstacker or forklift cabins during the winter months.

Thor CV31 is the successor to the popular Intermec CV30 model and has the same physical dimension, mounting clip and connection points. The addition of a power supply cable makes it possible to mount the CV31 instead of the CV30 without any additional steps.
