SOLVO, as a leader in the Russian market of warehouse control systems, is committed to providing its customers with high quality products and services that form a central part of SOLVO's strategy for growth and success.

SOLVO's quality management system has been designed to efficently control a number of important business processes, such as marketing and sales, contract negotiation, custom development technology, pre-project evaluations, project planning and analysis, operation documentation development, personnel training, and system deployment and support.

In June 2005, in confirmation of the high quality of its products and services, SOLVO successfully passed an ISO 9001:2000 certification audit performed by ACERT International Cetification Bureau.

In 2006-2007, SOLVO successfully passed inspection audits to confirm that its QMS was consistent with the ISO standard.

In 2008, SOLVO successfully passed a recertification audit procedure. As a result, the ISO certificate was prolonged for another three years.

In 2009, SOLVO successfully passed an inspection audit and confirmed its corporate quality standard according to ISO 9001:2008.
